5. Repeat Infringers

Anka Entertainment maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Do not make false claims.

7. Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation.
