6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will process the removal of your content from distribution platforms, which may take up to 30 days. Any pending royalties will be paid according to our standard payment schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anka Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of royalties paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
